Spreading Halloween Cheer: Annual Reverse Trick-or-Treat!

When October rolls around, the staff at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital get excited to spread Halloween cheer through their annual reverse trick-or-treat event.

Employees dress up in creative costumes, from pirates to princesses, to visit patients and hand out candy and trinkets room-to-room. This thoughtful tradition allows kids who can’t go out trick-or-treating to still experience the fun of the holiday.

Seeing the smiles on the patients’ faces as they get into the Halloween spirit makes this beloved event a highlight for hospital staff and families alike.
